Welcome to our wonderland- 2 private acres with few neighbors, nestled against hundreds of untouched acres. Wake up & sip eco-friendly coffee or tea from the living room with lake views on 3 sides. Take a bird watching walk. Launch our paddle boats, SUPs, or kayaks from our docks/beach. BBQ on our deck hovering over the lake. Day trip to Rainier or NW Trek before returning to fish, light the fire pit; then enjoy the renovated interior, comfy king sized bed, and dual full size bunk beds. You will have full access to the property while you are here. This is our vacation home, and it is made to unwind and enjoy. Inside the home you'll find a freshly renovated space to inspire, vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. Each room (except the bathroom) has lake views. The large kitchen is stocked with the basics, and includes an induction range for fast & safe cooking, and a dishwasher for convenience; and overlooks the living room so you can cook and enjoy time together easily. Looking for a variety fo things to do? Day trip to Northwest Trek, Mt Rainier, or the Orting/Sumner area where there are tons of festivals throughout the Spring/Summer/Fall. Fishing on our lake is very easy, so feel free to bring some fishing gear. Accomodations include: 2 private gated acres abutting protected wildlife lands 4 kayaks 2 Paddleboards 1 Paddleboat (April-October) TV with Roku (in living room and king size bedroom): sign into your various streaming accounts, with auto-logout at the end of your stay Selection of board games Firepit (bring your own wood) Fire Table Large covered deck with seating. The seating area on this deck includes two radiant heaters for year round enjoyment BBQ King size bed in first bedroom, 2 full size bunk beds in second bedroom Pack 'N Play available for use *Also available upon request: a roll-away bed, for those unable to climb the bunk ladder in the second room Please note that for guest safety and equipment longevity, during the months of November-March, the paddle boats are not available for use; but you may still use the kayaks and paddle boards with lifejackets.

This beautiful little home was magical to stay in. The view is stunning, the home is clean and well designed, and the activities were great. We went kayaking every day, sipped on tea while watching the birds and when it rained, the drops hitting the lake was enchanting. It was so calming and relaxing. Just what we needed. We hope to visit again with the whole family.

The location was just as expected- clean, quiet, beautiful. Floating lights attached to the dock changed color as the sun set and the wildlife could be heard over the water. We bbq’d and played board games and watched movies. It was the perfect getaway.
My friends and I could not have loved this spot more. It was perfect for a cozy weekend catching up. The location is so peaceful and relaxing. The house had everything we needed. We all said we’d love to come back!

The neighborhood is nestled in a quiet community within an ecosystem of several lakes. In addition to the guest access to the private lake that the property sits on, there is public access to another lake (Whitman) 1 minute down the road; and a beautiful lake park for hiking (Kapowsin) 5 minutes away. 10 minutes to downtown Graham, ~45 minutes to Mount Rainier National Park, ~15 minutes to Northwest Trek, ~15 minutes to Orting/Sumner area where there are tons of festivals throughout the year.
