2-adjacent rooms with street view in a private house. Very nice and clean rooms, one is decorated as a bedroom and the other is decorated as a work/study area with a large desk, and chair. There is a small fridge in this home office style room. The house is very near to all transportation, busses, train which is only 5-6 minutes away. Perfect for business travelers and/or remote workers visiting NYC for a short period of time. The room can be booked for up to 2 guests. This is a Home away from home… The bedroom has a full-size tempur-pedic bed, a 58" Samsung Tizen TV, large dresser with a vanity mirror and an arm-chair with an ottoman. The office part has a full size work desk, a small 2.6 cu fridge, a double door wardrobe, and a chair. There is also a small build-in closet for small personal items. The private room is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house. Not suitable for children or infants. This private room is approved and certified to accept short term rentals in NYC by the NYC Mayor’s Office. NYC Registration Number: OSE-STRREG-0000254

Sehr schöne Zimmer, der Gastgeber stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zahlenschloss System hat ebenfalls super funktioniert. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, die Subway Station war nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, Wir würden erneut hier herkommen:)

Das Zimmer sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und war mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet (Handtücher, Geschirr Drucker, TV mit Netflixaccount, Föhn). Die Unterkunft ist gut von der Subway 7 aus erreichbar, die innerhalb von 20 Minuten an den Timesquare fährt. Das Zimmer ist mit einem individuellen Code abgeriegelt. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist ein Supermarkt und andere kleine Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Der Gastgeber Tony war sehr nett, hat uns an den Flughafen gefahren, war immer erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

This room is very cost-effective and can be said to be one of the top ten experiences in New York. The landlord is professional, punctual and quick to check in. Wi-Fi is on the table. There is coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. Takeout can arrive at 12:00 in the evening. It usually takes only one minute to take a taxi. There are three cafes nearby and stay for four days. In short, it is very comfortable.

We had a great time at the Sunnyside apt and especially loved the quiet and safe neighborhood and tenants. Tony took care of us so well we directly felt like being at home from the second we arrived. He is such a nice person and took great care of us having a nice stay. From the apt you can take the 7 line which takes you in about 30 mins to manhattan. Brooklyn is also like around 30-45 mins by bus. The rooms looked exactly like on the pictures and had to us a very inviting and homely/cosy character which we loved. We would be happy to be guests again and can recommend the apt for people who seek a fairly priced and beautiful apt with a super friendly and flexible host. 🤝

The house is located only 2 blocks from Queens Blvd with access to #7 train and Q60/Q32 buses. It’s about 5/6 min walk to the nearest subway station (40th Street). From there to midtown Manhattan is about 20-25 min train ride.
From the house to LGA is about a 15 min car ride and about 45 min by public transportation.
