We had a great stay! The location is beautiful. Recommend checking out the nearby short Owl's Head hike. Danh provided very helpful check-in instructions. Our only minor issue was the dish soap had not been replaced, making it hard to do dishes.

Danh's place was wonderful...we loved the beautiful fireplace! The cabin was spacious, comfortable, very clean and accommodating. And Danh was the perfect, attentive host with great suggestions for where to hike in the area. Thanks for a great stay! -Greg & Cheryl

This place is truly magical. It’s a small cottage by a pond in a beautiful forest. It’s a dirt road to get there. The living room is comfortable and there was even a Christmas tree up when we visited at the end of December. We did not use the one small bedroom but it had a private deck. The bathroom could use updates but again, this is a pond side cottage in the mountains so it did what it needed to do. There was plenty of products and the cabinet was well stocked with first aid and toiletries. The kitchen too was older but had everything we needed. The host left treats for our kids which was sweet. The main bedroom had amazing windows. Then there was an amazing four seasons sitting room where my husband loved doing his Christmas puzzle. It had windows on three sides and beautiful views of the water. The host connected us with Dana who was super responsive via text and connected us with a local for some fire wood. She had lots of recommendations of the area. Can’t wait to return!
