Our cozy 3 bedroom bungalow is on a quiet street in the city center. An excellent location boasting walking distance to Downtown, Churchill Square, walking trails, parks, Quidi Vidi, MUN, Hospitals and much more. This top level has access to a 2 car driveway, a front garden with a veranda and a back garden with a deck. This 3 bedrooom bungalow has all the comforts of home. The house is all on one level. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal or heat up a pizza! Relax in the spacious living room or enjoy the quiet residential neighbourhood on either of the outdoor decks.

We spent some Good Days thanks
It was a good couple days, back and forth the BNB from the mall and my daughters volleyball training place. I was comfortable driving there and getting around. The house was as expected from the pics provided. Extremely comfortable beds, and was able to use the heating to a comfortable zone (19 degrees was that, as some BNB's don't allow you to change the temp). I felt very comfortable there, just like home. Thank you Sheena for allowing us to stay there.

Great house, easy to find and very spacious! Looked better than the pictures online when we got there. She had little labels on things like the dishwasher to tell you how to work it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so great for kids, not loud at night very calm and relaxing. Great host as well, answered any questions we had and contacted us to let us know about things as well and checked in to see how things were going. Will definitely be back for future stays!!

Quiet, well-established St. John's neighbourhood
Our Neighbourhood is a 25 minute walk and a 5 minute drive to the downtown. Most of the residential streets have free parking until you reach the downtown areas. There is “ PayByPhone” downtown . The app is free or pay at kiosk.We are also within a 10 minute drive to the malls, Confederation Bldg , Pippy Park and other amenities. There are Taxi companies. There are bus stops on nearby roads roads , Elizabeth Ave and Portugal Cove Rd.
