The apartment was very clean but there was a terrible sewer and/or mildew odor. The plug in oil scents did very little to mask the odor. the ceiling in the bedroom is unfinished and the vent in the ceiling was exposed and blowing directly over the bed. The host told me that a few days prior there had been a problem with washing machine drain and water had overflowed into the room causing damage to the flooring. There is standing water in the room behind the washing machine and bedroom. The ceiling and walls are unfinished in this part of the apartment. The damaged flooring is buckled and there is probably water and mold underneath. I made my concerns about mold and the smell known to the ghost immediately and he was a bit dismissive saying that he couldn't smell anything and made a point to remind me that he put the glade scent plug in. That struck me as odd, because if he couldn't smell anything, why would he go to trouble of plugging in a potpourri plug in. I left after one night.

Tim's place was a great value! There is lots of space, full kitchen, smart TV, and the bed was super comfy!

While it did look like the photos, the ceiling was not fully finished. This may be the reason sound from upstairs traveled nearly fully downstairs. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed earlier than 11:00 you will need earplugs. It was very reasonably priced and in a good neighborhood. Host was very responsive.

Tim's place was clean, had good amenities for the price, and was cozy. He communicated very well! Very pleased overall!

It is a very clean apartment, I found everything that I needed. Good location.
