Welcome to the villa in Östanbjörke with a beautiful view of the bird lake Björken! The 79 m2 house has been renovated to a luxurious modern standard. There are two bedrooms, suitable for 4 guests. You can admire the view from the dining area or enjoy the sunny veranda. In the area you can go hiking, swimming, fishing and canoeing and afterwards relax in the swimming pool or sauna. The house is fully available to the tenant and if you need anything, we live nearby. The recently renovated house of 79 m2 has a living room with dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a veranda and a conservatory where you can sit outside. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, with each bedroom having a double bed, one of 160 cm and one of 140 cm wide. The living room has a sofa with a TV, a large dining table and a fireplace. In addition to the wood fire, there is also electric heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom and hall. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. There is a private 2-person electric sauna available and a swimming pool on the veranda for you during the summer months.
