Stayed there for two nights. Was able to walk into downtown Johnson City from unit. Only slight negative was the bedroom was more like a large closet, with just enough room to walk around the bed. We loved the little outside seating on the back porch. Very nice place to hang out on a warm afternoon. Host was excellent!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Sage Haven #1 Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to East Tennessee State University and restaurants. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
