Emmet was a great host. He let us know of some issues prior to getting here and the issues did not affect our stay. Super close to ETSU, which is a must as we are football parents. The train runs right pass the front door but really don't hear it is much, might if you are a light sleeper. This house had everything we need for our weekend stay. We will be back for football season. God speed and GO BUC!!!!

I serve active duty military. Came into town for a good time with my girlfriend and needed a little bit reasonably priced place to stay. This place was everything and more. Got the job done for sure! Air Force approved

Great location close to ETSU. Very well maintained and cozy. Host was very responsive and easy to contact with anything we needed. Appreciated the extra touches within the house like the snacks in the kitchen and the clear, easy to find directions for the home. Would be glad to return to this location!

We enjoyed our stay at Emmett’s place. Everything was as described. His level of communication was excellent. I definitely recommend.
