The exterior of the home offers just as much to enjoy with a sauna, fire pit, a BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats. PLEASE NOTE: the total occupancy of the cottage is 6 persons, adults, children & infants included. The highlights of the main spaces: - An upper-level family room with comfy seating, a wall-mounted 65" Samsung TV, and a fireplace that not only provides ambiance but a cozy place to curl up and watch your favorite movie. - A lower-level family room with a wall-mounted 52” TV, gas fireplace, foosball table, a stacked washer and dryer, and direct access to the deck that has some chairs for lounging. - A newly-remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen that features a dishwasher for quick clean-ups, a coffee machine to help you get your daily caffeine fix, high-quality appliances, and all the necessary items you’d need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. To enjoy a sit-down meal, there’s a dining table to seat 7. - 3 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate 6 guests as such: BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed, upper level, 50” TV BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin beds, upper level 40” TV BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen bed, lower level - The 800 sq. ft. Whether you enjoy playing pool, darts, shuffleboard, table hockey, or board games, there is nothing but fun to be had in the lounge! - For outdoor entertainment, there’s Badminton and an outdoor fire pit with 6 Muskoka chairs (some wood is supplied). - If you need to really relax and destress, the sauna is the perfect place for that! - Muskoka Hutt is a short walk/drive to a private shallow access beach on Peninsula Lake with beach volleyball and access to the owner’s two kayaks.
