Important Notes: - While we warmly welcome bachelorette groups, birthday groups, and other celebrations, we kindly request that you enjoy your festivities off the property and only bring back registered guests. - The level 2 e.v. charger has the tesla adapter or the regular plug this is the highest output residential charger they make and will charge your car at up to 48 amps, ( 11.5 kW 240V ) ! - For security, safety, and adherence to guest count, outdoor cameras are in place. Please note that the cameras are located outside, covering the front yard, backyard, and pool area. - Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $25 per night fee. This policy allows smaller groups to enjoy our unique property, while also accounting for the increased wear and tear with 8 guests. - To prevent a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass in the pool, we kindly ask that you use plastic cups on the pool deck. This fee covers the draining and professional cleaning required. - Smoking is not permitted indoors, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied for violations. However, you are welcome to smoke outside, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts, marijuana products, and vaping devices. - In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with the property, such as cleanliness, please inform us within the first 4 hours of check-in. We have dedicated staff available to promptly address and resolve any concerns to ensure your satisfaction. -Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us. We are delighted to welcome your beloved pets during your stay! To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines. A $25 per pet fee is applicable for the entire duration of your stay. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and beds, as evidence will incur a $200 charge. Please note that due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to accommodate dangerous breeds. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, we ask that you remove any removable rugs. Additionally, please clean up after your pets and discourage them from using the artificial turf, maintaining a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in both the front and backyard.
