La descripción hasta la entrada del Edificio muy bien, costo encontrar cuál era el apartamento, el apartamento con mal olor, pusimos sabanas en los muebles para que mis hijos se sentaran, la cocina no estaba limpia, no había papel higiénico , ni jabón para lavar en la lavadora, ni en los baños para bañarse, la casa no estaba limpia, mi hija vomito la sabana a consecuencia del mal olor , elevador no servía tuvimos q subir 3 pisos para llegar al apartamento, el parqueo estába bien, puedes parquear alrededor gratis y seguro, zona buena accesible a los parques de Disney a 15 min. Pero mejorar la limpieza es mi sugerencia y las amenidades, no hay aire acondicionado era una calor . limpiar la refrigeradora y la cocina, etc. Comunicación del host buena, quiso resolver lo del papel higiénico pero nunca respondió de la limpieza cuando se lo sugerí Espero mejoren porque el apartamento es espacioso .

First, to check in, the host did not specify where the key would be, or which floor the unit was located on. After making our way inside, we noticed the apartment was not clean, after being told there was a cleaning crew who would be cleaning before we checked in. There were noticeable stains on the window, dust on counters, squished bugs on the wall, and one of the couches hadn't been vacuumed as there was lint, crumbs, and a piece of a fingernail on the seat. The fridge had a horrible smell as if the filter hadn't been changed in months. The bathroom sink leaked water on the floor which made us use one of our towels to clean up the mess and there was a damaged tile under the seat. The overall location was very convenient and quiet. All of the issues were addressed with the host, and they thanked us for our feedback.
