Easy access, clean, and quiet for the most part. The kitchen could use more attention in regards to cleaning. Nice cabin/beach/ lake. The deck has a lot of rotten floor boards on it. There’s a floor transition in the cabin that will break your toes if you don’t see it and the double door leading to the deck will pinch your hand every time when closing the door.

So great of a weekend!

This is a difficult review to write as it's possible that we were an anomaly due to the odd timing and circumstances. The property manager quit right before we arrived, and while the owners did text the day of our arrival, they do not live in the area. For instance, all of the outdoor equipment (heat lamps, grill, gas fire pit, etc.) was stowed away - and clearly put away for winter (as it was not accessible to get out), which was a major bummer since that was one of the main reasons we booked the place. The space itself is as pictured - it is your typical cabin and what you expect from a lake house. Nothing super fancy. Overall, despite not having our evenings out on the deck like we wanted, we still enjoyed our stay - we do love the area and the location is excellent. My guess is that with a property manager - booking with a property management company (Evolve) may be alright - but it's something to be aware of when booking.

We had a stunning fall weekend at the cabin - so many vibrant colors to take in. Loved the coziness and privacy of the home, as well as the cleanliness & personal touches. With a toddler and two dogs we can be a bit of a circus act, but there was space to explore inside and out. Appreciate the friendliness of the hosts as well!

The stay was awesome. Great amenities and cabin is well stocked. It was very comfortable and honey. We didn’t get outside because of cold, fall rain, but we were happy to stay in and chill and look at the lake and the fall colors. We got what we wanted out of the weekend and had a good time. The only thing that was a little limiting was the stairs to the bedrooms on the upper level. There is no railings and has open, wooden stairs. It would be a little concerning with small children or an issue with any people with limited mobility. Carrying your bags up and down is a little challenging., There isn’t anything to hold onto. We did ok, but railings would help to feel safer going up and down. In addition, maybe an added ottomans or a padded storage bench in the living room. There is nowhere to put your feet up. We definitely worked around the small issues and truly enjoyed ourselves. I would go back again for sure. Would like to try it earlier in the year to enjoy the outdoor amenities.
