We ended up canceling after checking in. The apartment was gorgeous and clean. Joe was so lovely and responsive. What we did not like was there was trash everywhere and broken glass as well. The smell of pot and the broken down building next door. The dark hallways that reeked of pot and cigarette smoke until we got into the apartment. We were not sure our car was safe on the street so I would recommend paying at a car park. My Mum did not feel comfortable or safe in the neighborhood. All that said, I would rent from Joe anytime and I would say the apartment was spotless and so posh. I was bummed to leave. Just be aware it’s an area in transition. Those things may not bother you so don’t let it and be glad you booked the place. It just didn’t feel safe for us.

Joe’s place was amazing, we felt right at home, the balcony was soo cozy I could’ve slept on it even though it was outside x😂I’d 100% stay in this place again without a doubt x So easy to communicate with Joe and would 100% recommend staying his place :)
