An older established neighbourhood in the heart of old Barrie. Streets are lined with old, beautiful mature trees. Extremely quiet at night considering we are a 2 minute drive and a 10minute walk to Barrie's beautiful waterfront and centennial beach area.
Uber is available. Easy access to Highway 400 but far enough from any noise. Most areas in Barrie require you to pay for parking. With your booking you will have 1 free designated parking space in the driveway for the duration of your stay.

A completely separate room with ensuite bathroom and separate entrance. Elegant, bright, and clean! Best suited to couples. I am not around much but very easy to reach me if there is anything you may require. Extra guests, not permitted. Enjoy Barrie's waterfront, centennial beach, pubs, restaurants and nightlife, just 2 minutes away by car, or a 10 minute walk. Enjoy the expansive backyard with fire pit, gazebo and dining table.
