Welcome to our HappyBNB! Our accommodation is the perfect place for travelers seeking comfort and coziness. Whether you're traveling for business or simply looking to take a break from everyday life, we offer you a fully equipped apartment comprising a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a sunny terrace, all set in a peaceful environment and in close proximity to beautiful hiking trails and vineyards. The apartment is located on the upper floor of an older house and is available for your exclusive use (without elevator, with about 20 stairs). The hosts live on the lower floor and are always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. KITCHEN The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and enjoying meals, including a stove/oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, spices and more. Additionally, you have the option to store your groceries in the large refrigerator, which also features a freezer compartment. The dining area in the kitchen is perfect for shared meals and provides a welcoming space for socializing. You'll also find board games and books here for your entertainment, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. BEDROOM The cozy double bed in the bedroom (180x200cm) is perfect for a restful sleep after a long day. It comfortably accommodates 2 people. Additionally, the bedroom is equipped with a television that allows you to access regular TV channels and provides the option to sign in to your Netflix account. You'll also find a full-length mirror, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack in the bedroom to store your personal belongings. LIVING ROOM The living area features a comfortable sofa bed (160x195cm), making the accommodation suitable for up to 4 people. With a welcoming workspace and an adjustable desk chair, you also have the option to work in the living area, making the apartment suitable for those traveling for business. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a view of the beautiful terrace where you can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Here, you can have your meals outdoors, sip a coffee, or simply appreciate the peaceful surroundings and the view of the natural garden. WIFI Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. BATHROOM In the bathroom, you can take your time for a refreshing shower. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. WASHING MACHINE/DRYER Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer in the building that can be used for a fee upon request. PARKING You are welcome to park for free in our driveway (to the left of the yellow bus). As the accommodation is located on the upper floor of the house, with approximately 20 stairs to the entrance, unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible.
