Would love to come and stay again and explore more in the area. Since I was 7 I have been staying in Ontanogan where my family has owned a place. It was fun to visit a different area and see the waterfall!

I didn't get to speak with Rachael in person as my boyfriend and I checked in pretty late (9pm, which, in the UP, was completely dark!). But my partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect no-frills, comfortable spot from which to hike Mount Arvon and visit the Pointe Abbeye. We loved it! Thank you for hosting us!

We loved the whole camp and were so pleased with the seclusion of the Yooperlite camp where we stayed. The hosts did an amazing job turning the old homestead into a cute campground. We loved the bath house and kitchen. The overall location is perfect to see many of the natural features of the area.

This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of property! The description is on point! Clean cabin, outhouse is very clean, fire pit, 2 chairs and table along with a picnic table and grill. The cabin is solar power. USB ports in the cabin is all for outlets. There are 2 windows that slide open and this is exactly as stated primitive area. Shower and bathroom and kitchen are either a walkable or you can drive up. The apple trees are also delicious. We noticed the propane tank was about empty and we messaged the hosts and in no time flat they had a tank for us to use. We ended up meeting Nathan and he gave us some fresh eggs from his chicken coop! We felt right at home. The outdoor shower was amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this trip and this stay! We will be back to visit!
