Large, mid-80's vacation home in a private homeowners association. We stayed here during the "off season" (winter) so it needed some airing out. The place has a lovely back deck which we didn't get to enjoy. All the furniture inside and out seems new and great condition. Both King beds are very comfortable. The child's bedroom (bunk beds) are not suitable for adults or larger kids. Unfortunately for the size of the house, it has only one bathroom but on the plus side, it is a divided bath with the sink in a separate portion from the tub/toilet. For the size of the house, the kitchen is small. We didn't do any cooking, but they seemed to have the basics. There are at least 3 smart TVS throughout the house, so if you like television/streaming you will be happy. There's a record player and some records which was a nice touch. There are lots of games and a table that seats 4. The checkout process is very easy. Be aware that there are a slew of rules from the homeowners association.
Nice home! Few things that we didn’t like- Living room tv didn’t have sound. Kitchen, fridge and dishes were dirty. Bathroom very dated and grimy.
