10 out of 10 would recommend this place. Beautiful house right on the lake, in a very quiet neighborhood! The house itself was pristine, newly renovated, and the hosts were so kind and left a welcome packet of information along with a gift set of local jams, pancake mix, maple syrup. Close driving distance from Burlington and surrounding areas. We accidentally had locked ourselves out one of the days and Michael and Vicky were so responsive. Vicky even stopped by while we were out to make sure the door was unlockable and we'd be able to make it back in when we returned. Great place to stay for a party of 4. We would definitely come back if given the chance.

A wonderful stay at a great house on a beautiful lake. We loved kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

This is a great little property! It was wonderful being right on Lake Iroquois. The cove is peaceful and perfect for paddling around. You can hear loons at night which is one of my favorite things. The house is super clean and comfortable. Hosts were fantastic. We had a faulty fire alarm that they replaced within 2 hours of seeing my message. I can’t wait to stay again
