KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking, baking, and serving basics, plus microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker with coffee. Spices and condiments are also available. OUTDOOR LIVING: The shed overlooking the river has a Wilmington gas grill, Blackstone flattop, sink with hot water, and large dining table. On the other end, guests can relax on a cushioned sectional sofa before a wood burning fireplace. Steps go from the main level to a stationary dock, with a ramp leading down to a floating dock where guests can tie up their boat.
