Laura’s place was fantastic! Laura was responsive and flexible (extended our stay a day when our flight changed). The place was clean, free of clutter, and equipped with just about everything you could imagine needing for adults and children alike. The private heated pool was perfect for our family of five children to thoroughly enjoy for hours on end each day. Briarwood is easy to access, and the house/neighborhood feels very safe and welcoming. We loved using the bikes provided at the house and spent time exploring the small playground, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, and community pool around the corner. The house is centrally located in Naples with easy access to shopping/grocery stores, attractions like the zoo/greenway, nature preserve, Baker park, downtown Naples and of course the beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay again in the future and we really appreciated Laura’s hospitality! Thank you!

Laura’s house is in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Naples. We love Briarwood, so close to everything along with being a nice quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house is as pictured, very clean and nice. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Pool gets a lot of sun and is heated to a nice temperature. We had a wonderful 2 weeks!

The host was very responsive, from check-in to general questions about the home, she was quick to help. The kids enjoyed the pool and the available beach toys. Would recommend as a quiet spot in Naples, and great for families.

The house is in an outstanding condition. You can find so many fun things to do e.g. water toys and sports equipment like basket balls. Moreover playing stuff for toddlers is in place including books and building blocks. We really appriciated the owners's fast responsiveness! Highly recommended!
