Our home is located in the Woodridge Neighborhood, just north of the Black Warrior River. This is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. You are 3.5 Miles to Bryant-Denny Stadium at the University of Alabama. 1 Mile to the Randall Family Park and Trailhead where you can walk along the Black Warrior River, or 2 Miles to the Park at Manderson Landing. We have a beautiful, nicely appointed home with quality furniture, adorned with art and decor from our travels around the world and time living in Guatemala. However, when booking the home, please note, this is our family's primary residence. We have another property that is also listed as a Vacation Home Rental. That property is set up primarily as a Vacation Home and there are no personal items out at the house when guests book that property. This house is our primary residence. You will see our family photos on display. Our clothes are hanging in the closet and we have a junk drawer in our kitchen just like you have at your house. We have two teenagers, and if you stay at our house, you will definitely know which rooms belong to the teenagers. We have a ten-year-old, and you will know which room belongs to the ten-year-old. Having said all of that, our home will be tidy when you arrive and will have been cleaned and prepared by a professional service provider. We just want you to know what you are booking. Bedroom 3 is the bedroom typically occupied by our 10-year-old Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath that is also the main bath for the main floor of the house. The lower level of the house is a walk-out basement. This is where bedrooms 4 and 5 are located. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are typically occupied by our teenage son and teenage daughter. These rooms share a Jack n Jill Bathroom PLEASE NOTE THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS. THE HOME IS LISTED FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE. There is 1 California King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Double Bed In addition to a sitting area on the main floor of the house where there is a couch, there are also couches in the lower level of the house. Those couches on the lower level could be used for sleeping. We just want to make sure you know what's available! :) The lower level of the house also includes a small kitchenette. The DINING ROOM on the main floor has a large dining table (9 feet, 4 inches) and has seats for 8 with room for more. The large FAMILY ROOM on the lower level has stadium seating couches with a 65-inch SMART TV. The family room also has a foosball table, an air hockey table, and a miniature pool table. There is also a table for arts and crafts and books and art supplies. A PING-PONG TABLE is located on the main floor in the carport. OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious backyard, deck w/ outdoor dining table, gas grill & cushioned seating, surrounded by beautiful gardens and mature trees.
