This was an incredible house in Indio. The highlight is the backyard which has an amazing pool area, with bocce ball, corn hole, and ping pong. One thing to note is it does fit up to 14 people, but only has four bedrooms, so you have to do some squeezing if you have more than nine people. Wasn’t a big deal for us though and we still had a great time. House was clean and check in / check out was easy.

Really wonderful experience! The house was perfect; they provided everything and it was in pristine condition. We were changed the day before from another property because the AC broke but Embark took care of us. There was two air mattresses listed, we never found those. However, there were so many other things that were helpful. Really appreciated the kitchen and everything in it, the abundance of towels in the house, the sheets and pillows, just everything was great. Really really well thought out property. Because it was a festival weekend, every single person coming through the property had to be reported, ID checked, receive a bracelet, etc and that was really unfavorable. Other than that, I would rent again. This property, the arrangement, responsiveness and service was impeccable!

this place was amazing! host was very responsive and when a few things broke they were great in fixing them or paying us to fix! looks better than the photos! the gated entrance is great for safety the only downside is you have to enter at one specific entrance but overall it was great!

We had a great stay here. Our only regret is that we were on the go most of the stay and didn't have a lot of time to relax and enjoy the property and all its amenities.

Amazing property! Very well designed, and stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable time. Awesome backyard, with a lovely pool design.
