We want to make sure we meet your expectations for your getaway so if you prefer enjoying late hours (after 10pm) it might be best to look elsewhere. Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Only 3 houses from boardwalk/beach- the BEST location in town. Sleeps 4-5 people. Bedroom 1- queen bed, Bedroom 2- queen bed. Also, a futon couch in living room. 1 parking pass included. This downstairs unit is a part of a 3-family house. You will have your own private siting area in front of house. Shared grill and outdoor shower with other units located in rear of property. Air conditioning, TVs in both bedrooms and living room, board games, books, free WIFI, all linens (sheets, quilts, pillows, extra blankets) and towels included washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, makeup mirror. INCLUDED: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, starter supply of paper towels (1 roll) toilet paper (1 roll) dish detergent pods (1 small pack of 4) and coffee (1 two ounce bag) 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels included. Must be a minimum age of 27 years old to rent. No large gatherings or parties. Loud noise past 10pm will not be tolerated as per town ordinance. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount. NO PROMS! PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING 1) Check-in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean. 2) Must be 27 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their kids/parents must stay on-site at all times. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. NO PROMS! 3) No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time. 4) Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly enforced. Maximum occupancy is 5 people. No additional overnight guests allowed. 5) No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if pet enters property. 6) No smoking inside or outside property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the house or cigarette butts on property. 7) We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or personal belongings. 8) Be mindful of making noise in the home at all hours due to the fact this is a 3-family house, and some guests may have small children. No loud noises outside past 10 pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors. 9) This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises. 10) Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for your safety and to safeguard our property. 11) We require all guests booking reservation to have all positive reviews with no negative reviews. Guests must have an established profile with an average rating of 5 stars. 12) No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property. 13) We take great care in maintaining our property and conduct routine maintenance during off-season and guest rotations. At times, we may require access to the premises. If such maintenance is necessary during your stay, we will inform you in advance to ensure minimal inconvenience. 14) We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach badges and beach chairs are meant to be used on the beach and returned home. A fee of $100 per beach badge will be charged if they are not returned. A fee of $50 per chair will be charged if they are not returned. 15) Do not mail or order packages or letters to this address. 16) No large gatherings or parties. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount. 17) One parking pass will be given. The parking pass is good to park at any metered space throughout the town except any of the parking spaces on Ocean Terrace, any street ends off of Ocean Terrace, the townships paid public parking lots, handicapped spaces and purple heart parking spaces. A fee of $400 will be charged if the parking pass is not returned. If you have more than one vehicle there is free parking on any 300th block of Seaside Heights. There are also meters you pay to park out throughout the town and privately owned lots you can pay at. Parking is enforced April 1st through October 31st. Parking is free on the street in the off season. 18) No subleasing. 19) Please keep windows closed if A/C is on. 20) No underage drinking. 21) ID may be required at time of booking or before check in for age verification. 22) NO PROMS.
