Of all the vacation rental buildings we have built over the years in Cali, this is the most elaborate. Allow us to explain all the juicy details of this unit located on the 4th floor of the building... BEDROOMS The two bedrooms both come with high-quality European king size mattresses, 180x200cm (79" x 71") and smooth bedsheets. Each bed is outfitted with 4 pillows for sleeping. Two soft ones and two firmer ones. Both bedrooms have a closet and direct access to a bathroom. They also have a full body mirror installed. A screen and blackout curtain has been installed in each bedroom as well to assure a good, dark night's sleep. Each of the bedrooms has a 43" SmartTV and one of the closets contains the apartments safe deposit box for your valuables. The master bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a desk and nice chair. BATHROOMS The bathrooms comes with towels, floor mats, hair dryer, one make-up mirror, toilet paper, and Loto del Sur premium shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There is unlimited hot water and the apartment has its own dedicated gas heater. KITCHEN | DINING | LIVING AREA This apartment comes with a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare a meal. Pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, water jug with carbon filter, sponges, soaps, rugs, etc. We even have 2 coffee makers - Nespresso and regular - depending on your personal preference. Both come with a complimentary starter kit :-) The kitchen dining area is an island with 4 high chairs. Finally, the kitchen comes with quality salt, pepper, olive oil so you don't have to think about the basics. The living room has a big couch, comfy chair and 55" SmartTV that connects to all your favorite streaming apps. PRIVATE BALCONY The balcony is connected to the kitchen. It has two chairs and a table. It's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, read, chat or just enjoy the amazing Cali climate. COMFORT The apartment comes with 3 air conditioners, one for each bedroom and one for the kitchen / living room. We have outfitted this unit with the highest quality sound reducing windows available on the market (very rare in Cali) in order to ensure you a peaceful and enjoyable stay. INTERNET & WORKING An exclusive 300 mb fiber optic internet with Ubiquity Access Point for the best signal. You can also connect directly with ethernet cable to the router if need be. We have a 300 mb back-up internet plan for the whole building with another utility company in event that the main plan should fail. There's a second dedicated work space with desk with a comfortable chair in the living area as well.
