Situated in a leafy and safe residential suburb close to the river, with lovely cafes, restaurants, shops, and hiking trails within walking distance, this apartment is new, clean and comfortable. There is a cosy living area with a large TV, a balcony with beautiful views and a clean private bathroom. The private bedroom has a double bed, an adjustable work desk and a chair.

Lawrence has been very accommodating and helpful. His house is clean and tidy. It’s a good spot for bus 500x to the city. Will strongly advise those touring in Sydney to stay his place. There are many amenities in the area too! If needed, we hope to stay there again!

Da Sydney eine sehr teure Stadt ist, hatten wir nach einer günstigeren Alternative gesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Busanbindung nach Sydney Downtown ist unkompliziert und schnell. Lawrence ist ein sehr angenehmer, freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat stets auf uns Rücksicht genommen und uns mit Tips versorgt. Das private Zimmer und das private Bad war sehr sauber. In der Wohnung war alles was man benötigt und man könnte die Küche frei nutzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Lawrence buchen.

Residential area less than 30mins to the CBD. Buses are very frequent on Victoria Road. Gladesville has a lot of parks and walkable distance to the Parramatta River. The flat is also within walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in the area.
Visitor parking available at the property. A large council carpark outside the development and a lot of street parking in the area. Westbound buses go through Ryde, West Ryde (train station) and Meadowbank. Eastbound buses go to the City Centre (Town Hall station), stopping at Balmain, Rozelle, Drummoyne and Five Dock. Buses at peak hour arrive around once every 5mins and at off peak once every 15mins.
