We stayed for 5 nights over the Easter holidays. 4 adults and 3 children. The house was perfect, had all the amenities you would need including a lovely spacious kitchen. The surrounding area has a beautiful and The Happy House pub is very cosy and friendly. We’ll definitely stay again! A big thank you to John and Karen for making our stay perfect 👌

We had a very special Christmas in this cosy but very spacious cottage. We really appreciated the Christmas tree, the delicious bara brith, milk, and Christmas biscuits.. thank you. Huge secure garden for our two dogs. Nice to have en-suites in each bedroom. The location was idyllic, quiet, beautiful countryside. John and Karen were on hand and responsive. Shame we didn’t get an opportunity to have a drink in the pub next door but there’s always next time..

We loved our stay. the house was warm, spacious and had everything we needed (including an en-suite in every bedroom!) and our hosts were lovely - friendly, welcoming and helpful. A wonderful location for walkers and dogs!

Fantastic secluded middle of nowhere (well that’s how it felt to us city folk!) little cottage, most amenities were not too far, countryside was amazing with great detailed walks on your doorstep. Had WiFi at the address which was great because you lacked any phone signal in the immediate vicinity. We went to Eden Valley which wasn’t too far from us and that had just amazing views, a must for all visitors.
