Beautiful studio room located centrally, in the heart of Calangute. This spacious studio is located very close to Candolim Beach (5 min drive). Grocery stores and restaurants are within 2 minutes walking distance. Perfect for a group of friends or families. Relax in the pool by the day and unwind with some chilled beers in the balcony in the evening! All popular restaurants like Fat Fish, Pickled Mango, Mc Donald's, Domino's etc. are within 5 minutes distance from this property. Located in a gated community in Calangute, this studio house features a well done up room with an artistic vibe. The studio consists of a full bedroom with a King Sized bed and an AC and attached bathroom with a shower unit and geyser. There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an Water Filter can for filtered water. My caretaker, Prasad is available on call to help with anything you might need. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and cutlery. An inverter which can power the house for upto 3 hours is also available in case of power outages. Please Note : Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking. In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights and cleaning of the rooms is done once in 2 days. Also, the society may run maintenance on the swimming pool or other amenities and there may be unforeseen inconveniences like no electricity for a few hours (there is an inverter to power basic fans, lights, wifi and power sockets) during your stay but this would not be grounds for a refund.
