Kevin is very friendly, responsive, and cooperative, unfortunately, it doesn’t make up for our experience. On our first full day, we discovered a mouse problem – we physically saw a mouse in the house. Our initial reaction was to attempt to remedy the situation - things happen. Unfortunately, once we started looking we quickly discovered large quantities of mouse droppings in multiple locations throughout the house - including bedrooms! Even more disappointing is that the host acknowledged there was a recent mouse issue and relies on the cleaning company to monitor – clearly not being done. The house has potential but needs major cleaning and rodent remediation. Be sure to inquire about whether this has been resolved before booking. We left immediately and the house was available for rent the very next day. Also, beware that Airbnb was also very difficult to work with in finding alternative lodging. Wish I could elaborate more but there is a character limit.

Kevin was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. When we arrived at the house we noticed the bed sheets hadn’t been changed on one of the beds and the quilts on the others had stains. We ended up washing the sheets and quilts ourselves before sleeping on the beds and Kevin right away sent new sheets and quilts to the house a couple of days later. The dishwasher wasn’t working we noticed this the day we were leaving, it wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t end up using it anyways. The couch was going to be serviced as it had a very deep dip on it and it clearly needed repairs. Overall it’s a cozy house but it needs a good deep clean and some maintenance to be top notch. It helped that Kevin was proactive in making our experience a great one.

Words fail to capture the sheer magnificence of this place. The home exuded an unparalleled beauty, and its pristine cleanliness was simply awe-inspiring. Every aspect of our stay was made effortlessly delightful thanks to the extensive array of amenities provided. The location was amazing, boasting a myriad of delectable dining options and exciting activities. Leaving was definitely hard because of how amazing this home was. Furthermore, the host's exceptional hospitality only added to the enchantment, as they consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs with prompt and invaluable assistance. Without a doubt, this is a destination that beckons us to return, time and time again, for its undeniable allure is truly irresistible.

Thrilled with the house – Kevin's prompt responses made the entire process smooth. The quiet neighborhood, complete with the pool, adds a sense of serenity. The proximity to the beach is a delightful bonus, making our location both convenient and idyllic.
