We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything. Our beautiful one-bedroom apartment features a queen bed, a kitchen for cooking on a night in, a luxurious bath, and everything you'll need for an amazing stay in Phoenix. The building features free WiFi, an amenity deck on the 8th floor with grills & fireplaces, an on-site fitness center, and even a rooftop pool where you can cool off while taking in the breathtaking views of Downtown Phoenix. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Smart TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! There is no parking included with this stay, so if you're arriving by vehicle, you may want to check out the availability of parking in several nearby paid garages/lots. The closest parking garage is about 2 blocks from the property and there is also metered street parking available, though we cannot guarantee availability. Please note that the images in this listing are of an identically furnished apartment, but this unit is a mirror image of the layout and features views of Downtown Phoenix instead of the courtyard. The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue.
