Cute corner lot located in Swarthmore. 1 mile from Swarthmore College and train station, one block from bus station that goes to the college. 1 mile from Widener University. Perfect for visitation or off campus student living. Driveway parking, family neighborhood, approx 10 minute drive to PHL Airport, 20 minutes to downtown Philadelphia. Many local favorite eats and hangouts as well! Great place to experience Philly but beating the price! Charming 2-bed, 1-bath house in Swarthmore, exudes warmth and character. This cozy home features a quaint design, a welcoming brand new front deck with lighting, a comfortable living area with new floors, and we are pet friendly for all of those traveling with pets. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers a serene retreat while being conveniently close to local amenities and Swarthmore College, Widener College, Philadelphia Airport (20 minute drive to center city), just off of I95 for convenience.

The Air BnB stay was good. Russ is a wonderful host and very responsive and communicative. Unfortunately, our original booking through the host was double booked so this is not the place we chose first. Russ was transparent about the situation and was able to find us another Air BnB available nearby. The house was easy to find and in a great area. Very quiet and walkable to Swarthmore. (Sidewalks all the way into town.) The living room and bedrooms have been slightly updated with a more modern look. The couch is large and very comfortable! The house had an interesting smell and pet hair was on the couch. The upstairs floors are REALLY squeaky. Overall, it was a good stay, solid Air BnB and great host!
Russ is an amazing host! He gets back to you very quickly and is very professional & polite.
70’s decorated reasonably priced clean home in the main line. Would not stay again due to cigarette smell in the home and main TV with blackout spots on screen.
Will definitely be back!
