Place has 3 AC bedrooms with attached bath, functional kitchen with an attached work area and bathroom (for your help), laundry room to recover your clothes after beach day, an open lounge on 2nd floor to watch the colors of sunset and to wind down with your gang. All floors have lift access. All bedrooms have AC. Bring the whole group to this great place with lots of room for fun. Kairi is part of a gated community and is best suitable for people travelling in a group and wanting to spend time together. Being close to the beach let's you have all the fun and being part of the gated community allows you to cut off when required. Place has 3 floors including the top floor lounge and have lift access to all floors making it kids and senior citizen friendly. Covered parking is available for 2 cars and additional cars can be safely parked on the private drive way.
