Lugar muy cómodo, acogedor y bonito. Sin embargo cabe destacar que el área de la cocina de afuera (bbq) está asquerosa. Super sucio y lleno de caca de lagartijo. Dentro del apartamento vi dos cucarachitas. Una saliendo de la gaveta de los cubiertos y otra caminando por la pared. Las sabanas y almohadas tienen una manchas raras por lo que las viré ya que no se de que son y se me hace un poco desagradable fuera de eso el lugar es muy bonito. Solo hay una sartén pequeña y una caserola como para hacer café. No hay oyas grandes como para cocinar.

Staying with Maria was the best decision we made. It is a surprising place, it has all the amenities you are looking for, super clean, comfortable. Five minutes away you find a gas station, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, cafeteria, supermarket where in addition to groceries you have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Twenty minutes away is caguas and cidra. San Juan is thirty minutes away. I 100% recommend it and I am very sure that on my next vacation on the island this will be my place to stay.

Hacienda Teresita #2 The overall experience was amazing! Place was amazing “quite and peaceful with beautiful views “including the view of “El Yunque” “Yes” you can see El Yunque from this place”… Amenities were overall fantastic… Aguas Buenas have few great local restaurants… Location couldn’t be better; 10 minutes to Caguas, 20 to 25 minutes to San Juan… The hosts “Maria & Jay” communicate with us in a timely matter…. They were really pleasant to deal with….. From now on “Hacienda Teresita” will be our home away from home… I can keep going on and on, telling you all how good our experience at Hacienda Teresita was, but you need to stay there to experience this amazing place… Thank You María & Jay Sandy & Jeremy

Host was slow to respond, and even went so far as to read my messages and not respond to some. Advertised a washer for this location. Washer is only available to unit 2. We were unable to use the grill and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for a long time! Grill had rotted steps going to it. I would not consider this a fenced in location. There is a fence but it doesn't appear to go all the way around. Very limited kitchenware to cook any meals. one very small pot and a medium pan. Things were left in freezer from previous tenant. Garbage was left near the pool table as well. Shower had no curtain and was exposed to the view of anyone walking on the patio, which could have been anyone staying on the property as our patio was not private. Anyone could have walked right up to the window. If you are wanting just a place to sleep, go for it. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.
