Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis just 15 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. This home has been nicely decorated to welcome our Airbnb guests! The house has never been lived in prior to it becoming an Airbnb! It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome with a 1-car garage. The ground floor is an open-concept kitchen and living area with a half bathroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find the washer/dryer, three bedrooms (Queen, Queen, Twin), and two bathrooms. You'll love the large closets! The beds are made with comforters and clean sheets! The sofa that was broken has been replaced (that was from Airbnb guest damage). The occupancy cap is 6 guests. We do not allow additional guests. Day visitors must be accounted for on the guest count. We offer a basic kitchen set-up as well as amenities such as a Keurig Coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and a toaster. For best performance, the air conditioning thermostats are set at 74º. You may hear some sounds of new home construction in the neighborhood. In the winter, the thermostat is set at 68 degrees and guests cannot raise it.
