South of Lexington, slice of history built in the 1930s, and updated to be the perfect getaway for generations to come! Everything you need is here for a relaxing getaway; just pack your clothes and go! Second floor, 2,000 sq. ft. apartment conveniently located within walking distance to private neighborhood beach access. The space features free wifi, multiple smart TVs, air conditioning, and full-sized appliances to make this feel like home away from home! Bedroom #1: The master bedroom features a plush, king-sized bed on a gorgeous log bed frame. There is a full-sized closet with hangers, ceiling fan, box fan, extra linens/pillows, and a 45" smart TV. Bedroom #2: Perfect setup for a kid's room or group of close friends. This bedroom features a twin bunk bed, single twin bed, and futon that converts to a full-sized bed. There is a full-sized closet with hangers, ceiling fan, box fan, extra linens/pillows, and a 45" smart TV. Kitchen: This open layout space includes everything you need to dine in as if you were home in your own kitchen! All necessary dishes, pots/pans, silverware, glasses, etc. are available. There are full-sized, stainless steel appliances - dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric stove/oven, and microwave. Enjoy a hot beverage from our drip coffee maker or Keurig with provided K-cups and coffee grounds/filters. Our gorgeous, handmade dining table seats 6. Or lounge on the adjacent love seat couch. All basic cleaning supplies and detergent/soaps are also provided. Full Bathroom: This spaces includes - a dual-showerhead, tiled shower; multiple bath and beach towels; hair dryer; basic travel-sized toiletries; toilet paper; and a first aid kit. Laundry: Skip the hassle of a laundromat while on vacation! Provided is a full-sized washer and dryer with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Living Room: Entry to the apartment opens to a large living room which has: a massive, leather sectional; futon that converts to a full-sized, memory foam mattress; 65" smart TV, reading nook; and high-top table. Balcony Deck/Outdoor Space: Just open the door off the living room to enjoy the brand new, private balcony deck for an outdoor meal or quiet cup of coffee in the sun. The property not only has ample room for parking, but also an open grassy yard behind the building (water side) for outdoor games or relaxing. The rental apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. A full flight of indoor stairs must be used to enter.

Kortney‘s place was just what the boys and I needed for our stay. It was very peaceful very relaxing. I loved the living room and she definitely keeps the place quite nice. I would definitely recommend trying it out.
My family and I loved this place! Very clean and kid friendly. Kortney was a great host and even had some games handy to K my little ones occupied! Highly recommend.
The Lakeshore Loft was perfect for our stay in Lexington. We come to the area every summer to visit family, and lodging that works for us (with 4 kids) can be difficult to find. This place was not only ideal for our size family, but it was so reasonably priced. It was clear that there had been so much thought given to the details (toys, games, toiletries, laundry detergent, labels, etc.); we immediately felt right at home. The apartment was very clean, the beds super comfortable, and the location perfect. We will definitely plan to be back next summer!
This was a great AirBNB experience! We loved the space and amenities of the loft, and our hosts were responsive, making us feel comfortable and welcome. With a short walk to the beach, this is a place we would definitely book again! Thank you Kortney and Zachary!
This was the best-organized AirBnB I've ever stayed at, and I've been using AirBnBs for 8 years. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The house guidebook/house guidelines were clear and easy to understand, amenities like spare floss and extra toothbrushes were thoughtfully provided. Check-in was a breeze and the host made things even more convenient by suggesting I share entry lock info with everyone else in the party so nobody would get locked out. Oftentimes when I've stayed in AirBnBs in the past I experienced little points of discomfort and friction, like dead batteries on remotes or what have you. There was none of that here! It was very comfortable and the host's attention to detail was very thorough and impressive. The place was also pristine and very comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again!

The property is located in the Great Lakes Shores Association off M-25 (Lakeshore Rd.). The neighborhood is full of cozy cottages and both full-time and seasonal residents/renters. Multiple points of private beach access for GLS residents and guests is only a short walk away!
There is space for multiple vehicles to park conveniently steps away from entry to the rental. Within walking distance are some bars/restaurants and beach access. A short drive to downtown in the Village of Lexington for shopping, sightseeing, dining, and water recreation.
