The Main Level of the home opens to an expansive living, kitchen and dinning areas. The kitchen hosts a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge and beverage fridge. The open kitchen seamlessly connects the Great Room and main floor covered balcony. The spa is free to heat, but there is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool. Guests have access to the entire home, but the closet to the hot water tanks and garage are for owner access only.
