Very clean and private. No closet to hang clothes, or place to put luggage but floor.

Axle kept sending instructions about how to help keep the place immaculate, but it was not super clean when I arrived. He kept saying they had cleaners but I’m not sure. They asked that I stripped the bed, take out the trash and leave towels in a pile ( which are in the bedroom closet). His “to-do” list isn’t clear on the listing. Many things were stained. I found hair in the bed. The windows were mostly unlocked when I arrived so I had to make sure they were closed/locked. The house smells like old cigarettes, so they’re many air fresheners but it doesn’t mask it. If you have allergies, I wouldn’t recommend it. I used a blanket to sleep on the couch bc the bedroom does g have a AC unit.

Clean home. Small but perfect for 2 people and maybe even 2 adults and 2 small kiddos. My husband and I did not use the bed in the bedroom and instead used the bed from the pullout couch which worked great - we are both tall 5’11” and 6’4” so the bedroom bed was much too short! Overall it was a good stay, a little noisy at times but honestly no different than anywhere else.

This small, clean home was in a great location. It had what we needed and Axel was great with our flexibility of arrival and leaving. I would suggest coat hook at the door and a mirror in the bedroom; but other than that we were absolutely satisfied with this space. I recommend staying here and we would absolutely book again!

Axel’s place was cute, cozy and perfect for a couple. It’s less than a mile to the beach and Iggy’s, which has great live music, good food and good drinks. We asked to drop our stuff off early since we were in the area and he had no problem with it and was very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Axel as a host.
