Wonderful stay at Joyce's home! She and her family are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and quiet. It is a great location for those who want to enjoy the amazing Chinese food in Richmond and those who want to enjoy the city life in Vancouver but avoid the expensive hotels (walking distance to train station).

Joyce and her family were very welcoming and accommodating. They always offered me coffee in the morning. The area felt very safe and public transit was easily accessible.

Very supportive and friendly asian family, invited me for coffee and breakfast. The room was on the second floor, it was exactly as it posted. Private bathroom was also spotless. The price was also unbeatable especially considering it’s good location. Will book again if I ever come back to Vancouver!
