A fresh lake view room with private bathroom and private entrance including breakfast for 2 persons. Side room of the main house situated right in from of the Laguna de Apoyo. Large windows with the best view on the lake, ventilated with screens and ceiling fan. Large shower with locally handmade tiles. We serve breakfast on the terrace. You will love the flowers all around the room inviting the hummingbirds. Enjoy our ranchito, hammocks, bbq, kayak and public beach access! It has been design to offer our guests an intimate and secure feel while having a few steps away all the excitement of the lake and the public beach. Chairs and hammocks everywhere so you don't have to do much effort when it's time to relax. The room holds 2 people only (it cannot hold 2 adults with kids). We cannot accept dogs without a security deposit. Colibrí room does not have access to a kitchen.

Benjamin's place was absolutely breathtaking. A hundred times better than we expected. The property and surroundings is pristine. Extremely private, quiet, peaceful. The views of the lagoon are spectacular. And to top off Benjamin is an excellent host. Always attentive to our needs and very responsive. If you're looking for accommodations in Apoyo look no further.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. Benjamin made us feel welcome from the moment we reached out and gave us great recommendations on what to do in the area. The trailhead for the hiking trail to the overlook is a short walk from the property and we saw lots of wildlife along it. We also had a great time kayaking on the lake, using one of the kayaks available. There are plenty of spaces to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings within the property. We came in a car and appreciated the flexibility that this gave us to go out to see sights outside of the lagoon. Would highly recommend this place for nature lovers or folks looking for a peaceful getaway!
Mi esposo y yo elegimos Casa Única para pasar nuestro primer aniversario de matrimonio, y la verdad la atención fue mas que excelente, el lugar es una belleza, las estrellas en la noche se ven hermosas, el acceso a la Laguna es súper fácil, quedamos encantados con la atención, el desayuno delicioso, el poder apreciar la naturaleza de esta manera es única, Benjamin es un gran ser humano, es muy atento y amigable! Casa Única ❤️100% recomendado!!!
Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und fanden es großartig. Benjamin ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und die Unterkunft wunderschön mit einem tollen Ausblick über die Lagune. Abends fühlt man sich wie inmitten des Dschungels, umringt von Brüllaffen und Vögeln. Die Atmosphäre ist friedlich und entspannend. Und das Frühstück von Martha war exzellent. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You are in the middle of the jungle with a beautiful lake in front. The beach in front of the house is public and locals enjoy a swim mostly on Sundays. And the Mountain in the back.
The public beach right in front is fun for kids and easy to enter, the lake is perfect to swim and for a Kayak ride. Finally the mountain offers many trails and hosts tons of wildlife for you to discover! Ask us, we will tell you all about the Laguna’s secrets :)
You will easily reach the house with any type of vehicle. The last kilometre is a dirt road, driving slowly will get you here with no problem at all. You will park inside the property in a safe parking and you can then walk to the public beach, walk up the trails and enjoy the peacefulness of nature
