- Private room with dedicated bathroom in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Located just a stone's throw from green space with walking trail near Boulevard lake, Centennial park. - Only a few steps to a bus stop dedicated to bus #7 which offers 15-min ride to downtown PA where supermarkets, local restaurants and Waterfront Bus Terminal are located. This small, cozy room is located in the basement of a bungalow with private entrance, a dedicated full bathroom for guest only, and a shared living room with open dining area.

The place was great for student accommodation but also if you need a room for the night. The space was well suited to all needs
Great guy. Everything was perfect.
I spent 11days at Thanh's place and it was absolutely peaceful. It was easy for me to check-in. He went above and beyond to assist me in getting to know the city, as I was a new International student in town. As of the time I stayed here, there was no TV, but if you are okay with that, i think the place is a 10 over 10. Overall, Thanh is an excellent host.

Guests who don't drive can take bus to downtown Port Arthur for grocery shopping or eating out at local restaurants in just 15 minutes.
Fastfood stores, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Marts... are within short driving distances (4-6 minutes).
There is a local convenient store is just around the corner (5 mins walking).
