Place was clean. GPS coordinates are for a cross the street. Access into the building is difficult and the street is very noisy.

Great place to stay, near to all amenities, train station and bus station. Samantha is a great host.

Great little apartment, ideal for my requirements. Coop opposite was really handy and a short walk into the town centre. Only downside being some of the lorries passing were noisy but OK with the windows shut.

Samantha was unable to meet me at the apartment when I arrived but she provided good directions and it was not difficult to find. She also provided her mobile number should I need any immediate help and very promptly replied to my questions. I met Samantha the following day - she was really friendly and helpful and made sure I was comfortable with everything I needed. The apartment is small but well thought out, a big cupboard for storage, a good sized shower and the kitchen is well equipped. I thought it might be loud with it being situated on a main road but with the windows closed it really didn't bother me. The windows are also tinted to offer privacy. The apartment is only a ten minute walk from Eastleigh train station, less to the main shopping streets and only three minutes to The Point. I spent a very comfortable week there and will book in with Samantha should I find myself there again.
