If you are looking for a place for a large group of people, right on Lake Anna, but private enough to have an outdoor playground for kids and adults alike... look no further!! We were a group of 14 adults and toddlers who spent a magical weekend at this lovely well stocked and equipped home. The playground was a HUGE hit for our small kiddos, giving the adults some much needed respite and a place to enjoy a coffee while the kids played. The weather was still a bit cool to really enjoy the outdoor amenities (kayaks! beach! dock!) but it just made us want to come back again! The Dockside team was very responsive, and proactive to give us updated check in instructions. The pre-arrival info felt a bit daunting, but staying in the house was an absolute pleasure :)

There was a plethora of outside activities which made it so much fun in the winter. Well stocked activities box with tennis and pickleball rackets, volleyballs, etc. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were fine. Kitchen and house supplies were stocked- Only improvements would be that this a huge house and the kitchen could use some more appliances to accommodate the large amount of people- replace the side by side refrigerator and get a second wall oven. The rest of the kitchen is perhaps too well stocked and could be thinned out as there seemed to be about 100 forks and 30 pots/pans, etc. It would be really amazing to have a hot tub for off season use. And would be nice if the fireplace worked for off season. All in all- fun place to stay!
