Wonderful house on the water. Lots of room for everyone. No one had any problems with this location and we had 20+ people from 8 states. Everyone complemented the location.

The location was great, but the main level couch was very stained - as were the couch pillows, and the beds were horrible. They were not only hard, but they squeaked with every move. Also, everything was unplugged - the internet, television, satellite, lamps - you name it. Just a few new touches would help a lot.

It was a decent house, loved the location but the lack of cleanliness/maintenance was a major issue and we would not book it again. Pros: - Lots of outdoor amenities/activities. We enjoyed the kayaks, and volleyball field - Excellent views - Great location on the water with a grocery nearby - Big enough house for a large party Cons - The house is neglected. It needs a deep clean and maintenance - Cobwebs inside, even in bunk bed - The water in the upstairs showers stops running mid-shower; water temperatures fluctuate mid shower; and water pressure is low all around the house - Food, wrappers, toys, left in/around the bunk beds which makes one question whether the sheets were even changed - Lots of appliances avail. but most don’t work or don’t have a matching part. One oven doesn’t work and the other was dirty - Exterior door in basement doesn’t lock - we had to use twine to secure it - Dusty drawers closets, shelves, cabinets - we pre-cleaned - Lumpy/unusable mattresses
