Hi there! My name is Nate and welcome to my home! I moved to Berkeley for school and after graduating in 2021 my friend Eric and I teamed up to buy a home together here in Berkeley. We’ve been working to improve the property non-stop since then, and even though there’s still a lot to do, we’re proud to share the progress with you. If you’re looking for a fun, communal, and budget-friendly place to stay we’d love to have you! Thanks for checking out one of our largest rooms! The room has beautiful recently refinished white oak floors a large queen-sized bed with a top-notch mattress, a down duvet, and lots of pillows. We found a set of antique dressers and dresser vanity mirror that kind of make it feel like you're staying at your grandparents' house. There’s also a desk and chair if you need to work from home and we’re happy to help you out with any other furnishings you might need! If you get cold every room is equipped with a wall heater as well as a heated blanket. We’ve also got two wireless networks that cover the entirety of the property so you’ll get 100-500 MBPS anywhere you go inside or outside!

Nate and Eric were great!! only stayed for a couple days but i felt very comfortable and they were both very responsive and very welcoming communicated with me perfectly!!
Both Nate and Eric were super responsive and accommodated my last minute lodging request. The place was absolutely worth it for the price and they were both so friendly! Would definitely stay again if I’m looking for a place in Berkeley

Loved staying at Nate & Eric’s spot! They both create a lovely communal vibe that made me feel at home right away. Thoughtful touches like the heated blanket, to the cubbies in the kitchen made me feel at home. I felt that they went above and beyond to ensure myself and the other guests had a great experience and felt comfortable.I will definitely return!

We live in South Berkeley! 15-minute walk to the Ashby BART station which is right by one of the Berkeley Bowl Marketplace grocery stores.
Paradise Park is a cute cafe down the road from us and Red Bay Coffee is right up the road.
By walking and the 88 bus, you can get to Downtown Berkeley BART in 14 minutes. We live right next to the bus stop!
I also rent a fleet of cars out on Turo so feel free to reach out if you'd like immediate access to a car!

Hi all! Thanks for checking out my space. A little about me, I'm a native Houstonian that moved to the Bay Area six years ago to study at UC Berkeley. I've always used Airbnb when traveling so it's been quite an adventure creating my own listings. I've had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, and make some lasting friendships. My friend Eric and I banded together to purchase our home here in Berkeley last year and are using Airbnb to help afford the mortgage while we make improvements to the property.
