Hey there! I live in a safe neighborhood about 3 min to I-64 & 17 min to downtown Louisville. You’ll have a private bedroom & bath & share common areas with me & fellow guests. I can’t host folks who smoke or vape anything, animals, or unexpected guests. Check-in after 6pm & check-out by 11am. The hot tub & game rooms are closed from 10p-8a. Your Friend, Jake My place is modern, peaceful, clean, and spacious. It was built in 2018 and has two levels: the main floor (ground level) and lower level (walkout basement). The main floor contains the front door (where you'll enter), kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom, and balcony. Your private bedroom (Room 2) is on the main floor, and your private bathroom is attached to your room. The lower level is the walkout basement. You'll access the lower level by a set of interior stairs that sit by the front door. It has a second living room, with a ping pong table, and a walkout door that goes to the patio, where the shared hot tub sits. You are welcome to use the shared hot tub from 8am-10pm, but please be quiet and courteous for neighbors and fellow guests.
