Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly finished spacious studio apartment with everything you need for comfortable living. Located above a detached garage in a friendly, quiet, historic neighborhood. Minutes to downtown New Albany or bridge to Louisville. Full kitchen, stocked coffee bar, dining table, living space, plus washer and dryer. Queen bed, plus queen pull-out couch all in one room. Super nice patio area shared with homeowner. TV can be turned to see from living area, dining area, or bed. Cute farmhouse style. Upstairs location.

It was a beautiful stay at Pam’s place! She was very helpful and let us use the fire pit. Very nice quiet area! We will be back next year!

Set in historic, quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown New Albany and minutes from the Sherman Minton Bridge to Louisville. Please drive slowly as there are always people about walking with dogs and kids. There is a 1-mile walking path nearby.
