You don't become a myth by chance, nor do you stay a myth by living on a reputation. Chartier is over 100 years old and doing well. LIBERTÉ BAKERY
Let the gourmands rejoice, Liberté, a pastry-bakery like no other, has been established for a few years on rue des Vinaigriers. Here, we play the card of transparency with a spirit halfway between the artist's loft and the laboratory... of pastry, obviously! Viennese pastries, cream pies, cheesecakes and other little gems full of flavor are made every morning by Maxime Papin and his second in command Julien Ferré under our amazed eyes. The Liberté bakery-pastry shop is also an atypical universe imagined by Mickaël Benichou and located far away from the candy store aesthetics we are usually used to. The walls are bare and a monumental piece of cut marble serves as a counter. A real purified cocoon where the products are in the honor, a visit is necessary in these places. The most difficult thing to do is to choose between the fondant of a lemon pie or the pop colors of a baba, without forgetting the bread, crispy and delicious as you would expect!
VALMY'S QUAY
