Danville's River District is full of historic adaptive reuse buildings holding apartments, restaurants, coffee shops and other venues for entertainment within a 8 block radius. There is a steady bustle of car and foot traffic throughout the day and evening creating a safe environment for pedestrians and bicycles alike. Multiple green spaces and trailhead access for the Danville Riverwalk Trail are within minutes of our building. Our recently renovated Danville Science Center contains exhibits and other activities geared towards youth and is two blocks away. Travelers by train will find our location a short few minute walk away from Vantage.

A loading/unloading zone is located directly in front of the courtyard greeting guests. Free, unrestricted street parking is available immediately in front of the Vantage Art Flats building and along all nearby streets. Free parking across the street in the Community Market parking lot is available as well (1 min. walk). First come first serve parking is available in the parking lot behind the Vantage Art Flats. Many River District activities can easily be accessed by foot, bike or car.
