Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral and did not get to enjoy any of the beautiful outdoors I would like to come back and stay when we can actually relax outside It was great that they had a few snacks and coffee waiting for us .my only recommendation is an iron and ironing board. I searched high and low and could not find one.

We enjoyed our stay Mrs Carla’s house. It was just what we were looking for. It was very comfortable and clean.

Carla was an extremely thoughtful and responsive host! Aside from having everything we needed for a comfortable stay, there was a tray of cinnamon rolls, coffee pods, water bottles, and a basket of snacks to welcome us. The home was extremely clean and cozy. We did have to contact her regarding the thermostat being limited as it was a very cold and windy day, but they had a technician out within the hour to remove the lock and they personally brought by an additional electric fireplace for the bedroom! The only thing we could hear were the cows when we went outside, but it was otherwise silent and completely private and peaceful. We will definitely stay again and hopefully when it's a bit warmer so we can enjoy more of the outdoor amenities. 10/10 recommend!

We rented as a group of five senior citizens from different states. This is a nice country home in relaxing setting. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen adequately stocked (trash bags did not fit waste basket so we had to keep fixing it and wiping basket off). No handrail on front entrance so one family member had difficulty entering. We had our three adult children come over to say hello to out of state family members. Host immediately texted us to have them leave saying insurance does not cover guests. Rules of contract are rigid and more rules found in house. House was cold in evenings and heat could not be adjusted. Fireplace did not adequately provide additional heat. No shades in at least one bedroom which was uncomfortable for one senior guest. Only two cars allowed but we had three different families there. We would rent again as it was a nice place to visit with family. We understand the limitations now although we think more flexibility could be offered to responsible guests.
