Our flight was canceled and needed a place in the middle of the night, and Fred was able to accommodate and offered assistance.  When it is in the wee hours of the night, and limited resources are available, accommodation from host is greatly appreciated.  Thank you very much. 
Overall it went well, I messaged the host that I have limited access to internet and asked for complete check in instructions. I messaged many times that I'm about to be out of the internet zone and communications will be cut soon, response was delayed and leads me to arrive the place without receiving the authorization letter to show to the guards. There were no even note to security to call them upon my arrival, we ended following the unit 864 as it mentioned in the listing, dragged all my suitcases to 8th floor by myself only to find out that the keys were for 1566 and the security did not allow me to enter 1566 immediately. Had to beg for internet connection to anyone around for me to get the accurate authorization letter, if they were proactive, this would have been avoided, late checkout were possible only with the fee of php 100 per hour, with all frustration on check in, if I'm the host, I will waive those fees to get a better impression & recover the shortfall. Thanks anyway.
Fred’s place was perfect for my partner and I. It was well maintained, decorated and organized. Good location for grab pick up, it had extra accessories that were much needed. I enjoyed my stay.

thank u for good stay. just... please talk to ur staff need to clean well. becausewhen I turn ok hairdryer in the room, suddenly Big white dust started flying and even covered my hands. It's probably because they didn't clean the top of the door frame or other areas that aren't visible, so please clean it before I come back next time. Other than that, I had a great time with the accommodation without any complaints. thank you
