This is a top-notch property and location in Playa Bonita, everything is brand new just like the pictures show. I was surprised by the owner (Pedro) and the property manager (Sander) that were always available 24hours a day for whatever you needed; the property manager was always a phone call away. The rooms were amazing, clean towels, clean bedding, soap, water, and beach towels. The property is across the street from El Mosquito Hotel, access to this hotel and the beach is open all day, you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Hotel also you can use all the amenities at this hotel from beach beds, umbrellas, and bar services. The views from the terrace and private pool on the 3rd floor of the property are amazing, lots of privacy on the sun deck. There is a BBQ/ grill area if you wish to cook on the terrace while enjoying your private pool. Overall is an amazing property at Playa Bonita. A+
